Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Delays & Issues

While we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at hello@Valpurr.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
